Elena Theodorou

In November 2009 Elena Theodorou engineered her own exit from a 15-year investment banking career in the city. She served as Global Head of FX eCommerce Sales for Investment Bank JPMorgan. She was responsible for growing and managing the Global FX eCommerce Sales and Marketing for the business for eight years.

By utilising her skills and knowledge of big bank strategies and her broad network she has created a company providing cutting edge training, coaching and consulting solutions for the Financial Markets industry.

Some of Elena’s achievements include growing the client base from a handful of clients to thousands of clients. She has won a selection of client service and product awards consistently year on year, and grew the electronic trading business and JPMorgan eCommerce Brand to an exceptional level.

Elena began her professional working life at State Street Investment Bank in 1996, where she began as a data input clerk. She quickly advanced in her career by implementing strategies that ensured she always worked “Smarter” not harder. Her roles included working in confirmations (confirming the FX transactions clients dealt with the FX Sales), FX Sales, FX eCommerce Sales and client account management. Elena left State Street when she was sourced for JPMorgan.

Elena is also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a trained Mentor/Coach, who has a Psychology Bsc, and extensive experience in personal growth and development. Elena has developed a number of expert strategies over the last 15 years that have enabled her to live her life by her design.
